He is able to easily break through metal structures as he demonstrated by breaking apart a statue made of metal and snapping iron girders into half.
Big Chill can wear both his Revonnahgander Containment suit as well as a Prypiatosian B Containment suit both of which have power cores. These give him more energy and allow him perform a variety of maneuvers. Big Chill can also fly through the air and generate Ice shards using his powerful wings, causing 13 percent damage to enemies.
